Sharing of Calendars in Outlook

Sharing a Primary Calendar in Outlook with editing permissions (other user can Add,edit and Delete your calendar entries)

To Share a Primary Calendar in Outlook with editing permissions, right click on the Calendar and choose Properties

Under Calendar Properties go to Permissions then click on Add and add the user that you want to share the calendar with

Set the Permission level to a minimum of Editor if you want to share with editing permissions, click on Apply and OK

Right click on the Calendar again  and click on Share “Calendar”…

Enter the email address of the user that you want to share with and click on send

Agree to the share permissions prompt by clicking Yes.

The shared user will be able to edit the calendar once it’s opened in outlook.
