Installing the Surya Agent on your computer.

1.To Install the Surya agent click on the following link or copy- paste it into your browsers address bar and hit Enter

2.On the resulting Webpage click on the link which says “click here” as shown in the image below.

3.Click on Run

4.Agree to the security prompt after the completion of the download by clicking on Run.

Note: The Installation process completes so fast that it looks like nothing has happened after you click on Run.

5.After the completion of the fourth step you should see the surya icon in the taskbar as shown below.

Mouse over this icon and let us know what it says, it should be similar to “yourcomputersname.unknown”
